Groups

Teachers and non-registered managers are being brought on to the new MyGTCS platform in 6 groups based on Professional Update (PU) confirmation year:

1. PU confirmation year group 2025 to 2026
2. PU confirmation year group 2026 to 2027
3. PU confirmation year group 2027 to 2028
4. PU confirmation year group 2028 to 2029
5. PU confirmation year group 2029 to 2030
6. All others

We will be migrating your group over to the new MyGTCS platform soon. We will be in touch once you can activate your account.

Ongoing

We are currently migrating your account over to the new MyGTCS platform. Once the transfer is complete, we will email you inviting you to activate your account by logging into MyGTCS.

Complete

We have migrated your account over to the new MyGTCS platform. You should have received an email asking you to activate your account. Please check your email spam if you cannot find this activation link in your inbox.

What happens if you already have an account

If you already have access to the new MyGTCS because of you are an observer, supporter or reviewer for a provisionally registered teacher(s), you will have the ability to record your own professional learning in your existing account as soon as the system goes live for group 1.  

Your own MyPL data will then be transferred into your MyGTCS in line with the phasing of your PU year group.
