Fitness to Teach Panels decide the outcome of Fitness to Teach cases. Panel members are independent, and they reach outcomes according to a legal process and solely based on the evidence before them.

We publish Panels’ written decisions in Fitness to Teach cases here. These are normally published within 28 days of the conclusion of a hearing.
