Registrant user experience survey: GTC Scotland digital services

GTC Scotland are currently working on a programme of work focusing on improving the customer experience of external-facing products and services including MyGTCS and profiles. An external consultant, BJSS, have been supporting with facilitating conversations with registrants in order to capture their needs and feed these into the project.

As part of this programme, we’re focusing on understanding registrant experience of these products and services, starting with how registrants record Professional Learning.

To support this, we have created a survey for current registrants (provisional and full) to understand more about your experience interacting with MyGTCS and profiles.

The survey will be open until 14th June and will take around 10 minutes to complete. We would really appreciate your input! Complete the survey.
