The number of live cases that have been referred to a Full Hearing.
There were 53 cases referred to a Full Hearing as data extracted on 01 July 2026.
The dates each case was referred to GTC Scotland and then to a Full Hearing.

The number of Full-Time Employment staff numbers which have been allocated to "address hearing resourcing and scheduling issues" identified by the Action Plan.
Since 09 October 2025, there have been four roles created to address resourcing and scheduling under Fitness to Teach. By way of advice and assistance, we should explain that three of these roles have been added to our Delivery team, but these do not exclusively relate to hearing and scheduling matters.
