Please could you let me know, for Panels taking place in 2024, the number of written decisions that have not yet been published on your website?
For each of these, please could you let me know the date of the Panel meeting and provide a copy of the Panel’s written decision?

I refer to your request for information (FOI 24-25/92) dated 06 February 2025 which we have handled under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
As part of this request, you referenced a page on our website which states that written decisions in Fitness to Teach cases “are normally published within 28 days of the conclusion of a hearing.”
You have now asked how many written decisions, “for Panels taking place in 2024”, have “not yet been published” on the GTC Scotland website. Additionally, you asked for “the date of the Panel meeting” and “a copy of the Panel’s written decision” for disclosure under FOISA.
We have conducted a search and confirm there are no such written decisions awaiting publication for hearings concluded in 2024. As such, I have applied section17(1)(b) of FOISA to this response as no information is held.
