You have the academic study you need
Scenario
You are a fully registered teacher of Primary or Secondary (Subject) Education who wishes to gain registration in Additional Support Needs (ASN) and already has the additional ASN academic study.
For example, you have completed a postgraduate diploma or masters in ASN.
Your registration
If you currently hold Full Registration in Primary or Secondary (Subject) Education, you could add Provisional Registration in ASN.
What you need
- Coaching and mentoring as part of induction activity in ASN to enable you to demonstrate you meet the Standard for Full Registration.
- A school leader to observe your teaching and confirm that you meet the Standard for Full Registration in ASN.
