Supporting Privacy Notices

If you have any queries in relation to our privacy notices please contact us.

Your rights

The GDPR requires organisations to ensure that increased priority is given to the protection and security of personal information. GDPR increased the rights available to individuals in relation to the personal information held about them.

Our guidance, GDPR – a guide to your rights, will provide you with further information on each of the rights.

Subject Access Requests

You have a right to ask what information we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request.

We have 1 month from the date we receive your request to provide you with a response. Providing detail about the information you wish us to provide will help us process your request more efficiently. For example, you may only be looking for information between specific dates or in relation to a specific matter such as a Fitness to Teach case.

Once we receive your request we may contact you to request verification of identity, such as a photo driving licence or passport.
