How to upload paper-based profiles
In August 2025, the new MyGTCS platform replaced the electronic and paper-based profiles previously used for the Teacher Induction Scheme and Flexible Route.
If you have previously used a paper-based profile you can upload this document in your provisional registration profile on MyGTCS as a learning activity.
To upload a paper-based profile in MyGTCS:
- Go to your provisional registration profile.
- Choose ‘Learning activities’ from the bar along the top of the page.
- Select the ‘Add Learning Activity’ button to add a learning activity record.
- Fill out the required details for the record and attach your paper-based profile as a related file
- Click 'Save'.
Once you have uploaded your paper-based profile, you can then create an association with your reviewer (if you have not already done so) and request recommendation for Full Registration on MyGTCS. Your reviewer will be able to review the attached profile.
