How to change your MyGTCS login email address

To change the email address associated with your MyGTCS account:

Registrants using the current MyGTCS platform

1. Login to your MyGTCS account
2. Under 'Personal Details', locate your email and click the red 'Change' button next to it.
3. A pop up will appear when you can update your email address. Click 'Submit' to save.

Provisional registrants using the new MyGTCS platform

1. Login to your MyGTCS account.
2. Under 'Personal details', locate your contact information and update your email address as needed.

How to change your communication preferences

You can change your communication preferences under the 'Personal details' area by selecting 'Manage my communication preferences'. Here, you can:

• Select which email address core business emails are delivered to
• Select which MyGTCS alerts to your email address
• Opt in or out to newsletters and marketing materials
