How to change your MyGTCS login email address

Full Registration certificates

Certificates of Full Registration will be posted out soon. In the meantime, you can use Search the Register to check your registration status. If you've not received your certificate of Full Registration by the start of October, please contact us.

Contact us

Full registrants

  1. Login to your MyGTCS account on the existing MyGTCS platform.
  2. Under 'Personal Details', locate your email and click the red 'Change' button next to it.  
  3. A pop up will appear when you can update your email address. Click 'Submit' to save.

Provisional registrants

  1. Login to your MyGTCS account on the new MyGTCS platform. (we'll provide the link to the new MyGTCS platform here once it is live)
  2. Under the 'Personal details' tab, you can find your current ‘Contact details’. From here, you can click the ‘Update’ button and adjust your email address, or add a second email address, as needed.

Registrants using the current MyGTCS platform

  1. Login to your MyGTCS account

How to change your communication preferences

You can change your communication preferences under the 'Personal details' area by selecting 'Manage my communication preferences'. Here, you can:

  • Select which email address core business emails are delivered to
  • Select which MyGTCS alerts to your email address
  • Opt in or out to newsletters and marketing materials
