How to change your MyGTCS login email address

I can still access my MyGTCS account

We recommend that you use a personal email address for your primary email address in MyGTCS, as this is also your username. If you do need to update your primary email address, please get in touch using our contact form.  

You have the option to update or add a secondary email in MyGTCS.  

1. Login to your MyGTCS account.
2. Under the 'Personal details' area, you can find your current ‘Contact details’.
3. Select ‘Update’.
4. Adjust or add a secondary email address as needed.  
5. Select ‘Submit’.

How to change your communication preferences

You can change your communication preferences under the 'Settings' area by selecting 'Manage my communication preferences'. Here, you can:

• select which email address core business emails are delivered to
• select which MyGTCS alerts to your email address
• opt in or out to newsletters and marketing materials
