If you forget your password, please use the password reset link on the MyGTCS login page.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your email junk/spam folder. Your mailbox may be at capacity, If so, please free up space in your mailbox and request another password reset.
If you still haven't received the password reset use our contact form.
If you can no longer access the email account that you have used for your MyGTCS record, please contact us.
If you have forgotten your password
- Go to the MyGTCS login page, please use the password reset link on the MyGTCS login page
- Follow the steps to request a password reset email
If you have requested a password reset email but have not received it, please make sure to check that the email has not went to your junk/spam folder.
