Response
I refer to your request for information (FOI 25-26/003) dated 01 April 2025 for records related to an email dated 30 September 2024 which we have handled under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA). Specifically, you asked if we “could you let me know the internal processes that were used by your Chief Executive to progress the matter?”
We note that that this is similar to a previous request (FOI 24-25/71) which asked the same query under FOISA. We note that we did not address this element and apologise for not addressing it within that response. Having considered this request, I confirm that we do not hold a record detailing the “internal processes” used and apply section 17(1)(b) as this information is not held.
If you are dissatisfied, you may contact informationgovernance@gtcs.org.uk to request GTC Scotland conduct a review of this response.
