I refer to your request for information dated 12 February 2025 (FOI 24-25/95) in which you submitted various queries regarding the contracts which GTC Scotland has, specifically those related to cleaning, lift, food, waste and laundry services.

GTC Scotland does not have a continuing service contract for food or laundry services and we have applied section 17(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) as information is not held with respect to these services.

Office and building cleaning: Andron Facilities Management.

Lift service and maintenance: Caledonian Lift Services

General waste: NWH Group Limited

The total annual spend for each contract per year

Office and building cleaning: £14,161.92

Lift service and maintenance £2490.00

General waste: £2409.26

Office and building cleaning: Scheduled and regular cleaning of the office premises.

Lift service and maintenance: Regular servicing and maintenance of the passenger as well as the disabled and goods lifts.

General waste: Scheduled and regular uplift of general waste.

All contracts apply to a single site.

The brand name of the type of lift used by GTCS

A Kone passenger and a Stannah impaired mobility platform / goods lift.

The start, end date and duration of each contract including information on any extension periods.

Office and building cleaning: 1 October 2023 as an ongoing three-year contract.

Lift service and maintenance 01 February 2023 – 31January 2026.

General waste: 01 May 2024 – 30 April 2025. A one year rolling contract unless cancelled.
