We are looking for teachers to take part in usability testing of our new MyPL system between 19-21 July in Edinburgh. To take part, you can have prior knowledge of MyPL but not have been involved in any of the research to date (ie, focus groups, discovery days, surveys). Sessions will be one-to-one and last approx. 1 hour - they'll consist of a series of questions and tasks to be carried out using the test system. MyProfessionalLearning (MyPL) us a new online professional learning record service, due to launch with a pilot in August 2016, and incorporating the existing system of Professional Update. It has been introduced following recommendations made in the Teaching Scotland's Future report. MyPL is a Scottish Government initiative, developed by GTC Scotland in conjunction with other educational stakeholders including Education Scotland, ADES, universities and local authorities.
