Allocation process

You will receive an email, and if we have a mobile number for you, a text message will be sent to advise when the information is available to view on your personal MyGTCS page.

The local authority will advise you what school you have been allocated in due course, please do not contact them to ask what school you have been allocated, once you are aware of your allocated local authority.

MyGTCS login details

Please make sure you keep your log in details for MyGTCS safe as you will require them to access your allocation information.

MyGTCS can also be used for making sure your contact details are up to date, this is important as we will send your certificate of provisional registration to the address we currently hold on record for you.

If you have forgotten your password or need a reminder of your log in details please visit the login page to request one.

You need to provide the e-mail address you gave when applying for registration, as this is an automated service which uses the information we already hold on record for you.
