Submitting a Subject Access Request

You have a right to ask what information we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR).

We have one month from the date we receive your request and verification of identity to provide you with a response. By providing specific information with regards to the information you wish us to provide to you will help us process your request more efficiently. For example, you may only be looking for information between specific dates or in relation to a specific matter such as a Fitness to Teach case.

Once we receive your request we may contact you to request verification of identity, such as a photo driving licence or passport.

To make a request, please complete the form below and we will process your request as soon as possible.

  • your full name, address and email address
  • how you would prefer we contact you, ie email or post
  • registration/application number if you have applied or are registered with us
  • details of the specific information you require and any relevant dates
