I am unclear about how the 0.7 teaching timetable is actually transformed into time spent teaching and the amount of time out which should be received for planning and other CPD experiences.  I am currently receiving one day off during the week for my 0.3.  I have heard other probationers speak of receiving a day and a half out and I am a little unclear about what I am entitled to, taking into account the 2hr 15min of non-teaching time when pupils are being taught by a specialist, and the fact that pupils leave at 12.15 on a Friday (Friday afternoons usually consist of staff meetings etc).

 Can you provide me with a definitive answer?
