Hey there. I m wondering if anyone is from overseas like me and can give advice. I am a SEN Pedagogue from Germany, fully qualified there with several years teaching experience in different sectors, schools and age groups. when I came to the UK 3 years ago I tried to get my QTS. After a long fight I am provisional registred with the GTCS for Primary SEN (in England I am just an instructor which is worse).

Since 2 years I try to find a post in order to gain QTS. I got not 1 interview for a post. I am very frustrated as I enjoyed teaching... Any ideas what I need to do? At the moment I m back in England working in my second profession as Social Worker.
