Hi guys,

I have just recently finished the PGDE(Primary) and am about to embark upon the probationary year starting August this year. I have been allocated to Midlothian council but would have preferred Edinburgh City. I have been in contact with the GTCS and they say my only option for changing is if I find somebody who has been given Edinburgh City but would prefer Midlothian to do a straight swap with me. Hence the reson I am posting this notice...is there anybody out there who would be willing to swap with me? Let me know if you are that person.

I see you posted your message this time last year and I wondered whether you were successful in changing authorities and school? I am in the process of trying to change myself and wanted to see what chances I had of doing so....!
