&lt;p&gt;Also how to get involved in the role of transition from primary to secondary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would of course prefer a teaching post, however I do think if would be more beneficial to stay with the environment of teaching and learning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lastly, there is lots of discussion that only cluster and area cover will be interviewed (SOuth lanarkshire Council)&amp;nbsp; where does this leave the probationers and what is the current job situation like?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
