When a council employs a probationer in the school are the school meant to be reliant upon that probationer to deliver the subjects timetable, or should they be over and above what is required, so that for example if the school didnt have the probationer there, they could still timetable all the classes to  teachers within the department?  Trying to scoure McCrone for an answer but no luck.
