Hi Niel,
Just to clarify, we moderate these forums to make sure that we're responding to teachers on any issues relating to the work of GTCS. Quite often we find that users come here to post questions about personal issues regarding their probation process and we wouldn't be able to respond to those questions publically, normally because we need to contact the user directly to get more information from them about their situation.
Hope that explains things a little!
