What if any, are the options for other available employment still connected with education.  Or further development i.e. training.  I heard recently that a primary school teacher was employed in seconadry school giving careers advice.

Also how to get involved in the role of transition from primary to secondary.

I would of course prefer a teaching post, however I do think if would be more beneficial to stay with the environment of teaching and learning.

Lastly, there is lots of discussion that only cluster and area cover will be interviewed (SOuth lanarkshire Council)  where does this leave the probationers and what is the current job situation like?
