What a crazy few weeks. The
time just seems to be running away from me. I thought I would have had more
time to write on here but that has not been the case.
Looking back over the past
month or so it has been a steep learning curve. I had a lot of help with my
forward plan from my stage partners and my 0.3 which was fantastic as I was
really unsure when faced with this blank file.
I have started organising
my own CPD by arranging visits to different stages and observing various lessons.
This has been a great experience so far and I will continue to do this over the
next few weeks until the October holidays.
I had my first observation
and the feedback was positive with so points to work upon.
I would really recommend
staying on top of updating any CPD into the GTCS site. It all really build up
and can be difficult to remember some of the areas covered.
Good to see so many other people
blogging. I will try and keep this updated regularly if I have the time.
