What a positive way to look at things, reading this put a smile on my face. I am starting to worry about jobs for the next academic year. When did you start applying, I was thinking anytime now.

GLOW seems to be a little all over the shop. In my first placement last year, staff at the school had enough permissions that they issued me a password.

On my 2nd/3rd placements (same school) I never got one as nobody had the permissions.

I never received one when I was at college despite us being promised one by halfway through the year (and these were applied for - we were supposed to get them).

I got mine here at my probationary school about a week ago, mainly as my PT is the guy in charge of it. If I dare whisper... I don't know how much use I'll make of it. Great resource, clunkiest interface *ever*.
