The Standard for Full Registration

The Standard for Full Registration (SFR) (pdf) sets out the standard of competence expected of a fully registered teacher with GTC Scotland. The SFR should be read in conjunction with the Code of Professionalism and Conduct and in particular section 3.

The SFR builds on the The Standard for Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and the concept of Continuing CPD for teachers, which extends from Initial Teacher Education through to Probation and the whole of a teachers' career.
