Research priorities change depending on what issues are current in teaching. Our current list of priorities for research include:

- Teaching strategies to deal with Discipline and Behaviour Management
- 5-14 literacy and numeracy
- The impact of formal education on 3 and 4 year olds
- The effects of accelerated learning techniques
- Positive effects of managing adults working in the classroom

- The impact of inclusion on attainment and classroom ethos
- Assessment across the curriculum, especially themes related to Assessment is for Learning
- Secondary school/college partnerships
- The Skills for Work programme
- Primary teachers in the early years of Secondary Education

We shall also consider applications from teachers with other innovative practice-led research ideas.
