What is it?

Directive 2005 / 36 / EC of the European Parliament applies to all European Union member state nationals wishing to practice a regulated profession or either a self-employed or employed basis, in a member state other than that in which they gained their professional qualification.

What does this mean?

It means that any teacher who is recognised professionally in a member state can practice their profession in another state on a temporary and occasional basis without having to have their qualifications professionally recognised.
