A non-refundable processing fee of £60 is charged. The processing fee covers the processing of your application including your first Enhanced Disclosure. It also includes, provided all necessary documentation has been received, a careful and thorough assessment of your academic and professional qualifications and your teaching service. Please note that the processing fee is separate from the Initial registration fee which you will be required to pay should you be offered registration.
Upon receipt of your application form, necessary documentation and £60.00 non-refundable processing fee, we will assess your application. This includes:
Important: You must obtain and include with you application all of the required documentation. Failure to do this will result in your application being delayed. It may also lead to your application being closed and destroyed. If this happens you will be required to re-apply and you will be treated as a new applicant who will be required to complete another application form, provide supporting documentation and pay the non-refundable processing fee.
Please note, that during busy periods it can take several weeks to reach the outcome of assessment depending on the complexity of the case.

Once we have the necessary documentation to assess your case, It will be allocated to your case assessor who will write to you informing you of the outcome of assessment.
