Temporary Suspension Protocol relating to the Investigating Sub-Committee

The Temporary Suspension Protocol relating to the Investigating Sub-Committee (pdf) sets out the basis on which a hearing would be arranged by the Council's Investigating Sub-Committee to consider the possibility of the temporary suspension of a teacher's registration in cases involving instances of serious conviction and misconduct where concerns relating to the safety and protection of children and young people or serious professional misconduct are raised.
