• Investigating Sub Committee
• Disciplinary Sub Committee
• Professional Conduct Committee
• Appeals Board

in relation to cases involving:

• conviction
• misconduct
• competence
• fraud (ie alleged false or fraudulent declaration or representation in the course of an application for registration)
• restoration to the register following removal on conduct or competence grounds
• interim suspension
• review of a decision of:
  • the Investigating Sub Committee or Disciplinary Sub Committee to impose an interim suspension order
  • the Disciplinary Sub Committee to issue a reprimand, or impose a conditional registration order (not applicable in competence cases)
  • the Professional Conduct Committee not to vary or revoke a conditional registration order imposed by the Disciplinary Sub Committee (not applicable in competence cases)
• referral by GTC Scotland to Scottish Ministers for consideration for possible inclusion on the Disqualified from Working with Children List kept by Ministers under the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 2003 (not applicable in competence cases)
