Disciplinary Hearings

Disciplinary hearings are held at GTC Scotland's headquarters and are undertaken by the Investigating Sub Committee (ISC) and the Disciplinary Sub Committee (DSC).

All hearings are held in public unless the DSC or ISC decide that all or part should be held in private.

There are various types of hearings and both forthcoming hearings and outcomes of hearings are posted on the site.
