User Testing GTCS Website
GTCS is looking for registrants and applicants who would be willing to take part in user testing of the GTCS website on 11th and 12th December.
This would involve being asked to complete some tasks on the website while sharing your screen with a tester. This testing would last around an hour, and would be completed in sessions at the following times:
- Monday and Tuesday: 6.15-7.15pm
- Tuesday: 7.30-8.30pm
This user testing is being conducted to ensure that the GTCS website is providing a clear and user-led experience, and to help iron out any confusing language or webpage navigation.

Taking part with GoToMeeting
User Vision will be talking to you using a web conferencing service called GoToMeeting, which will enable the session to be recorded.
For the purposes of this research, you can use GoToMeeting on a Windows or Apple desktop or laptop computer but not on a smartphone such as an iPhone or on a tablet device such as an iPad.
Before you agree to take part in the session, please do the following:
- Please make sure that the PC or laptop that you will be using for the research session has a working microphone and speakers/headphones.
- Then, please try a test session on that PC or laptop to make sure that everything is working by clicking on this link
